Kids and Teen Yoga
Get the Most out of Life
I like to promote overall wellness and mental health awareness for children in my classes. I combine my experiences of working with kids and my yoga training in order to create an accessible, fun, and mindful opportunity for kids and teens to learn and grow. In my classes I weave in the principles of yoga, including compassion, awareness, non-harm, non-attachment. My hope is to teach our youth how to build a set of mindful skills in order to enhance their resilience and reduce stress.
