In a world that moves fast and asks so much of us, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost.

I’m Alessia, a therapist who supports young adults who appear capable, composed and accomplished on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, or disconnected from themselves on the inside.

If you struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or managing relationships, you’re not alone.

Together, we can explore the patterns that hold you back, and develop tools to create more balance, resilience, and fulfillment in your life.

My approach is warm, relational and holistic. I integrate talk therapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to help you understand your patterns, soften your inner critic and develop a more grounded, authentic sense of self.

Together, we can create space for you to slow down and feel what’s really happening inside. From there, it becomes more possible to live a life that feels aligned, meaningful and emotionally sustainable.​
