My Story
I am a compassionate psychotherapist who is committed to fostering a warm, safe, and inviting environment for my clients. I'm passionate about supporting clients in their 20s and 30s in navigating today's complex social landscape. By integrating mindfulness with other evidence-based techniques, I empower my clients to navigate life's challenges with confidence, curiosity, and authenticity.
My passion for working with these age groups stems from my personal mental health journey during my teenage years and into adulthood. Having navigated my own experiences with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the process of returning to my truest self, I bring a unique and empathetic perspective to my work. These experiences, along with the support of compassionate mental health professionals, have not only deepened my understanding of the challenges individuals face, but have also shown me the profound impact that a professional and trustworthy psychotherapist can have on one's life. This is what inspired me to cultivate that same safe space for others who are in need of support. Though everyone's journey is nuanced and different, my personal experiences paired with my professional training allows me to be a partner and collaborator in your healing process.
My therapeutic approach is shaped by a blend of my experiences as a behavioural therapist, yoga teacher, vegan, and spiritual psychotherapist. I believe in the power of the mind-body-spirit connection, recognizing how mental and physical health are intertwined. Drawing from my background in behavioural therapy, I focus on evidence-based strategies while incorporating mindfulness practices from yoga to promote holistic well-being. As a vegan, I also connect with the importance of compassion for all, encouraging clients to nurture their connection to themselves and the world around them as a key part of healing and living a fulfilled life.

I enter each session with the belief that my clients hold the wisdom and clarity that they are seeking. My role is not to provide solutions or give "quick fixes". Instead, my goal is to create a safe space to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. I'm honoured to be able to walk alongside you on your healing path, and I hope to share this passion for transformation and growth in a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship with you!
