I am a firm believer in the transformative power of yoga, whether approaching my teaching with the intention of wellness, strengthening, stretching, breathing, playing, or simply entering a loving and open space. I incorporate mindfulness and heart-centred themes into my yoga classes in order to enhance students’ feelings of connectedness and empowerment. Regardless of the style and level, I have a strong focus on alignment, breath, and movement, and ensure a safe yet creative practice for all students.
