psychotherapy for individuals
Who Would Benefit from Individual Psychotherapy?
I work with anyone aged 16 and older who is seeking support, clarity, or healing in their life. You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, or depression; feeling stuck in your decision-making; questioning your direction or purpose; or struggling with self-worth. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. In fact, therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, develop resilience, and make meaningful changes in your life, no matter what age or stage of life you are in.

YOU’RE NOT ALONE
In our work together, we can explore a number of areas once we determine what your needs and goals are. For example, we can explore what truly matters to you by clarifying your core values and learning about what motivates you using skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We can use mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and shift unhelpful patterns in how you relate to yourself and your thoughts. We can also engage in parts work, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), to gently explore the different "parts" of you that may be in conflict, such as the inner critic, the people-pleaser, or the part that feels stuck. By understanding and compassionately connecting with these parts, we can begin to release limiting beliefs and integrate more empowered, authentic versions of yourself. Therapy is a collaborative space where we move at your pace, building insight, connection, and meaningful change over time.
